Management of municipal human, financial and material resources is regrouped at the heart of administrative services. This service contributes to the appropriate execution of municipal administration while supporting all managers and employees in the offer of services to citizens. That way, it is under the administrative services management that finances, taxation, evaluation, perception, accounting, the pay service, human resources, payment to suppliers and tech support are regrouped.

The Sureté du Québec and the street intervention worker also report back to administrative services. The management of special constables and the fire department are also part of this service.
