The MRC des Laurentides is the organisation responsible for the evaluation for the Town of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. It is this organisation which updates the information necessary for the assessment roll. This organisation keeps all information which must be included in the assessment roll currant. The roll is filed every three years. On October 30th, 2009 the MRC filed the three year 2010 - 2011- 2012 roll.
Tax payers can ask for an administrative revision of omissions or inscriptions made to the assessment roll during the first year of the roll. Revision requests for the 2010-2011-2012 roll must be made on the prescribed form by April 30th, 2010 at the latest. Revision request procedures are indicated on the tax bill and assessment notices are sent to tax payers.
Request for information concerning the roll are treated according to the criteria of the Act Respecting Access to Documents Held by Public Bodies and the Protection of Personal Information.
