Situated at the heart of downtown, Place Lagny is the preferred meeting place for outdoor shows and the practice of family activities. The bike path which runs through it meets up with the Petit Train du Nord linear park.

The first edition of l'Été des Métiers d'arts will be held on 31 August, 1 and 2 September to Place Lagny. It will offer visitors a summer version of the already established crafts Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts event during the holiday season. A show of Arts and crafts in a pastoral setting where the quality of the products is of equal as the warm welcome of the exhibitors.
Starting in November and until March the heart of the town, Place Lagny, beats to the sounds and sights of Festi-Neige (the winter festival). This grand scale event organized by Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts’ Chamber of Commerce proposes the famous slides and the skating rink on the lake among a multitude of other activities for the whole family to enjoy.
With the Christmas holidays just around the corner, Place Lagny lights up and prepares to host les Métiers d'arts Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, a must see exposition and the ideal place to find «THE» original gift of the season.
A one hour stroll in the downtown area through the walking circuit will give you the opportunity to discover 18 points of interest and more than 150 years of history in this community rich with history. The village’s architecture and great inns which line the town will give you a taste of the history of the Pays d’en Haut which is echoed through North-Eastern American states. Plage Major
Major beach is in proximity to the campground and the sailing school. It is the largest beach of Lac des Sables.
Plage Tessier
This beach is located on rue Major. It is the second largest beach on Lac des Sables, and the ideal place to relax under the sun and take advantage of the peaceful atmosphere offered by the Laurentides.
Plage Sainte-Lucie
Located at the heart of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts’ downtown area, on rue Larocque , tje plage Sainte-Lucie gives residents and visitors the opportunity to cool down while taking advantage of all that the downtown area has to offer.

Situated at kilometre 45 of the linear park le P'tit Train du Nord, the old Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts train station, is host to cyclists who use the 200 kilometre well known corridor.

A bike path which begins at the station takes visitors on their bikes through the downtown area and Place Lagny on their way the Campground and plage Major.
From the parc linéaire le P'tit Train du Nord, it is also possible to go to Saint-Donat via Sainte-Lucie-des-Laurentides, by taking the Inter-Vals trail. This circuit is approximately 40 kilometres.
